Can i select a specific delivery date or time?
Yes, during the checkout process you can select the date of delivery. Our gifts are delivered locally in Chicago between 10AM - 5PM CST, Monday - Friday.
What if the recipient is not available to receive it?
We do our best to contact the recipient to coordinate delivery or an alternative location. If that is not possible, we will work with the giver to re-schedule for an additional fee.
CAN I PICK UP MY GIFT? I WOULD LIKE TO DELIVER IT MYSELF OR BRING IT TO MY EVENT.
Yes, we are happy to coordinate local pick up.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver within the Chicago city limits and to the suburbs of Chicago for an additional fee. Additionally, we can ship domestically.
